# Stream-It > Stream-It is a multi-camera live streaming app for Android and iPhone. It turns the phones you already have into a live studio: one phone produces the show, other phones join as cameras (same Wi-Fi or over the internet), and the stream goes to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitch or any RTMP server at once, with overlays, screens and recording. A Windows production desk is coming soon. Stream-It suggests screens and overlays to match. 2. **Connect the phones**: Other phones scan the QR or type the code. Same Wi-Fi or over the internet, as many as you like. 3. **Pick platforms, go live**: Turn on YouTube, Facebook and the rest. Recording starts with the stream and saves on the phone. ## Three ways to use it ### Go live from this phone: One phone. Fully produced. Your phone is the camera and the control room. Set overlays and platforms first, then tap Go live when you're ready. - Vertical for Reels and Shorts, horizontal for YouTube - Drag and resize overlays right on the picture - Pause with a "Be right back" screen, stay connected - Record on the phone while you stream - Battery, upload speed and mic level always visible ### Use as a camera: Turn any phone into a camera. Scan the producer's QR or type the camera code. No account needed. The producer sees your picture, battery and signal and can switch to you any time. - Join over the same Wi-Fi or from anywhere online - Producer can zoom, flip and mute you remotely - Shows ON AIR when you're the live shot - Records a backup copy on the phone - Works on Android and iPhone ### Produce the show: Direct every camera from one screen. Run the show from a phone, a tablet or (soon) your PC. See every camera, line up screens, manage overlays and sound, and watch stream health on every platform. - No limit on the number of cameras - Screens with their own overlays, switched in one tap - Audio mixer for each camera and external mics - Instant replay of the last moment - Chat from every platform in one feed ## Features - Overlays that look like TV - Stream health, live - Every platform at once - Cameras over Wi-Fi or internet - Recording, built in - History and resume - All the chat, in one place ## Specifications - Output: 720p or 1080p · 30 / 60 fps - Orientation: Horizontal, vertical or both - Bitrate: Auto or set per platform - Cameras: No fixed limit - Audio: Mixer, external mics, music - Replay: Last moment, back on air - Platforms: YouTube, FB, IG, Twitch, RTMP - Devices: Android and iPhone · Windows soon ## Setup guides ### Events & ceremonies Weddings, launches, award nights and annual days. Cover the stage wide, get a close-up for the key moment, and keep one phone free to roam. - Cameras: Stage wide, Close-up, Aisle, Roaming - Orientation: Horizontal · Quality: 1080p · 30 fps · Platforms: YouTube + Facebook - New stream → type "Event". Add the title and date. - Main phone on a tripod facing the stage. It's your wide shot. - Other phones scan the QR. Put one close to the stage for faces, one by the aisle. - Build screens, then add names and logo to each screen's overlays. - Turn on platforms, check stream health is green, then Go live at the start. ### Podcasts One camera per host, a wide of the table, and remote guests over the internet. Switch to whoever is talking. - Cameras: Host, Guest, Wide, Remote guest - Orientation: Horizontal + vertical clips · Quality: 1080p · 30 fps · Platforms: YouTube + Instagram - New stream → type "Podcast". Turn on Recording so you keep the episode. - Put a phone in front of each host at eye level, and one behind for the wide. - Remote guests join over the internet using the camera code. - Use an external mic for each host and balance them in the audio mixer. - Start on "Intro", go live, then switch between Host, Guest and Two-shot. ### Talk shows Host, guests and the audience, with viewer questions on screen. More cameras give you more ways to cut. - Cameras: Host, Guests, Wide, Audience - Orientation: Horizontal · Quality: 1080p · 30 fps · Platforms: YouTube + Facebook + Twitch - New stream → type "Talk show". Build every shot you need as a screen. - One phone on the host, one on the guests, a wide from the back. - Point one phone at the audience for reactions and applause. - Pin viewer questions from the combined chat straight onto the screen. - Use the Windows desk (coming soon) for long shows with many screens. ### Sports & matches Any sport. Cover the whole field from halfway, add both ends for close action, and put the score on screen. - Cameras: Halfway (high), End A, End B, Bench - Orientation: Horizontal · Quality: 1080p · 60 fps · Platforms: YouTube + Facebook Page - New stream → type "Sports". Add both team names. - Main phone high at halfway. It sees the whole field. - One phone behind each end for goals, baskets or wickets. - Add a live scoreboard as a web link overlay, or type the score yourself. - Use Replay after big moments, then cut back to the halfway camera. ### Auctions Show the auctioneer, the lot up close and the room, so remote bidders follow every raise. - Cameras: Auctioneer, Lot close-up, Room, Wide - Orientation: Horizontal · Quality: 1080p · 30 fps · Platforms: YouTube + your site (RTMP) - New stream → type "Auction". Add the sale name. - One phone on the auctioneer, one tight on the lot. - A phone at the back shows the room and raised paddles. - Add a web link overlay showing the live bid from your auction system. - Switch to the "Sold" screen when the hammer falls. ### Birthdays & parties For family and friends who couldn't be there. One phone on the main moment, another to walk around with. - Cameras: Main, Roaming - Orientation: Horizontal or vertical · Quality: 720p · 30 fps · Platforms: Facebook + YouTube (unlisted) - New stream → type "Party". Add the name and age. - Main phone on a stand facing the cake table. - Give the second phone to a friend to walk around with. - Add a name title and a wishes ticker. - Pause with "Be right back" while you move rooms. ### Worship & community The same service every week. Build it once and reuse the whole setup from History. - Cameras: Pulpit, Choir / band, Wide - Orientation: Horizontal · Quality: 1080p · 30 fps · Platforms: YouTube + Facebook - New stream → type "Worship". Add the service name. - Main phone at the back for the wide; one closer on the pulpit. - Feed sound from your mixing desk into the main phone. - Add readings and song titles as text overlays. - Next week, open History and tap "Resume setup". ### Classes & workshops Show yourself and what your hands are doing at the same time, with slides when you need them. - Cameras: Presenter, Overhead - Orientation: Horizontal · Quality: 1080p · 30 fps · Platforms: YouTube or private RTMP - New stream → type "Class". Add the lesson title. - One phone facing you, one on an overhead stand above the bench. - Add slides or a web page as an overlay. - Use Side by side when you demonstrate. - Turn on Recording to share the lesson later. ### Single-camera recording Use Stream-It as a better camera app. Record with titles and logos so the video is ready to post. - Cameras: This phone - Orientation: Vertical or horizontal · Quality: 1080p · 30 fps · Platforms: Recording only - New stream → turn off all platforms and turn on Recording. - Put the phone on a stand at eye level. - Add a title and your logo. - Pause the recording between takes. It resumes in the same file. - Stop to save the finished video to your phone. ### Multi-camera recording Switch angles while you record. When you stop, the video is already edited. - Cameras: Wide, Left close-up, Right close-up - Orientation: Horizontal · Quality: 1080p · 30 fps · Platforms: Recording, or record + stream - New stream → turn on Recording. Streaming is optional. - Phones on the same Wi-Fi give the sharpest result. - Place a wide, then a close-up from each side. - Switch screens as you go. The cut is the recording. - Stop to save one finished file on the main phone. ## FAQ ### How does pricing work? Choose a payment plan for the time you need: one event, a day, a week or a month. Every plan includes every feature. Installing the app and building your screens and overlays is open to everyone, so you only pay when you go live. ### What happens if a camera disconnects? Stream-It reconnects it automatically and shows its status live: on air, connected, weak signal, reconnecting, offline or not connected. If the on-air camera drops, the stream switches to your backup camera or a "Be right back" screen until it returns, so viewers never see a frozen picture. ### Is there a limit on cameras? No fixed limit. Connect as many phones as your Wi-Fi or internet can carry. Each camera shows its battery and signal so you know before it becomes a problem. ### Can I go live with just one phone? Yes. Solo live streams straight from your phone with overlays, screens, recording and several platforms at once. No laptop or extra camera needed. ### How do other phones join as cameras? They install Stream-It, tap "Use as camera", then scan the QR code or type the camera code shown on the producer's phone. Camera phones don't need an account or a plan. ### Same Wi-Fi or internet: which is better? Same Wi-Fi gives the sharpest picture and the lowest delay. Internet lets a camera join from anywhere, which is perfect for remote guests on a podcast or talk show. ### Which platforms can I stream to? YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and Twitch, plus any custom RTMP server for your own website or other platforms. Turn on as many as you like. ### Can I only record, without going live? Yes. Record from one camera or several, with screens and overlays, switched live. The finished video saves on your phone. ### What happens if the internet drops? Quality lowers on its own instead of freezing and recovers when the connection does. Viewers see a short holding screen if it drops fully, and the recording on your phone keeps going. ### Can I reuse a setup next time? Yes. Every stream is saved in History with its cameras, screens, overlays and platforms. Tap Resume setup to start again exactly where you stopped. ### Can I control everything from a PC? The Windows production desk is coming soon. Join the waitlist above and we'll tell you the day it's ready.
